About Me

Christopher “Ratatouille” Eiermann. I am a 23-year-old chef, currently holding the position of Sous Chef at Penn Oaks Golf Club. As a youngster, I will be looking to branch out into the intimate, and exciting world of private chefing. At 19 years old, I started as a regular line cook at Penn Oaks. Along the past 4 years I was apprenticed through the ins and outs of both fine dining and high quality (and large quantity) catering.  Present day -while I am and always will be learning, I am stepping into the private side of the cooking industry!
